Asian Inspired Paneer Tikka
Ingredients
- 10-12 Paneer cubes
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ¼ cup light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Basil Leaves
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Galangal
- 3/4 cup Bell Pepper
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Preparations
- In a bowl, add garlic, galangal, green chilli, brown sugar, red chilli powder, salt and pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, white oil vinegar, coriander leaves, basil leaves, yellow pepper, green pepper, red pepper and the paneer cubes. Mix them well together.
- Thread the vegetables Paneer cubes onto the skewers.
- Grill in the Usha 360° R Halogen Oven for 10-12 minutes at 200°C degrees.
- Garnish the prepared paneer cubes with sweet chilli sauce.
